Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC.
About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to provide clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families. The successful candidate will conduct social assessments, provide counseling services, maintain records, and attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences.

Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families
- Conduct social assessments and provide counseling services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences
- Identify and facilitate access to community resources
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an approved school of Social Work
- Two (2) years' recent related experience working with marginalized clients with multiple health issues
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
