Job Summary:
Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Qathet General Hospital in Powell River, BC. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families, conducting social assessments, providing counseling services, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families
- Conduct social assessments and provide counseling services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences
- Identify and facilitate access to community resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work
