About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
- Telephone and Email Management: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling and Record Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining work records, and performing basic calculations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train on the job
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $45,000 per year, and a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth and development.
