About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Telephone and Email Management: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Record Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining work records, and performing basic calculations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train on the job
