Clinical Pharmacy Manager for Long-Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our dedicated team at MediSystem Pharmacy Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with provincial regulations and company policies. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, full benefits, and a work-life balance.
About the Role
The successful candidate will align with all company policies and operating procedures to enable pharmacists to deliver high-level pharmaceutical care. They will train and supervise dispensary staff as required, assist in setting and achieving financial objectives for the company, and maintain pharmacy inventory.
This role requires a professional image and provides friendly customer service to foster relationship building with our clients. The ideal candidate will practice pharmacy within the College's Scope of Practice and guidelines for providing pharmaceutical care, ensure current and accurate patient profiles for all patients, and perform technical, therapeutic, and electronic MAR checks of all medication entries.
The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be licensed with the ON College of Pharmacists and in good standing. A minimum of two years of experience as a pharmacist in a long-term care, retail, and/or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred. You will also need exemplary verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and superior organizational skills, with a commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
