ATS Traffic Ltd. is a family-owned business that has been committed to providing safe transportation solutions since 1966. We offer traffic control, on-street services, and signage products across Canada, operating from offices in various cities.

We're seeking an experienced Installation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing traffic and construction safety products, including signs, posts, parking curbs, speed bumps, solar beacons, crash systems, and guardrails. This role requires occasional travel to out-of-town projects in Saskatchewan, with all costs covered by the company.

About the Position

This is a critical role in ensuring the success of ATS Traffic and customer satisfaction. As an Installation Lead, you'll work closely with customers to understand their installation needs and recommend additional products or services. You'll also resolve any client issues, maintain equipment and inventory, and transport heavy machinery as needed.

  • Install products safely, professionally, and efficiently
  • Advise customers on their installation needs and suggest relevant products or services
  • Resolve client issues related to installations and leave a clean job site
  • Maintain installation equipment, company vehicles, and associated inventories
  • Transport and operate heavy machinery, such as skid-steer loaders and trucks
  • Understand and implement basic traffic control procedures
  • Perform general yard organization and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with shipping and rentals as required

This position may require working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and out-of-town assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Class 3A driver's license and a clean three-year regular driver's abstract are essential for driving company vehicles
  • As this is a safety-sensitive role, all candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Ability to pass a fitness test, including lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Experience in the traffic control or construction industries is an asset, but ATS provides training and tickets to get you started
