Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PK Paris Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 37.5 hours per week
This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
