Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and mentor food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Manage staff recruitment and performance
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and present reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Ability to relocate for the role
- English language proficiency
