Lycopodium Limited is seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility / Corporate Travel Advisor to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our global travel team, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilization of project personnel and managing corporate travel arrangements for our white-collar engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage in group-wide travel, immigration, and medical activities for incoming or outgoing personnel.
- Utilize GDS travel booking systems to safely and efficiently book flights, engaging vendors and maintaining service level agreements.
- Partner with business leaders to ascertain project needs and implement best-fit solutions.
- Respond to travel queries and investigate new travel destinations, immigration, and medical requirements.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective mobilization of personnel.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in corporate travel or global mobility.
- Working experience with GDS travel systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic, with a driven and determined approach to achieving results.
- Understanding of the current travel climate and ability to manage international and domestic travel accordingly.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines, communicating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
