Ocean Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our team at G.E. Forwarders Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to management
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution
- Keep track of shipments and ensure accurate documentation
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
