Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and Energize: Provide exceptional customer service with a high level of enthusiasm and positivity.
- Solve Problems: Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Build Relationships: Create lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized support and understanding their needs.
- Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordination: Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Excellent empathy and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to handle difficult calls
