About the Role

At Southfort Inn, we are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down tasks and maintain control records.
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, as well as implement network traffic and security monitoring software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in network administration.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
