Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Developer to join our Core Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-leverage back end services that will unlock capabilities for other parts of the dev team and ultimately deliver a lot of value to Mappedin customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality back end services using TypeScript, Node, and Jest
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, like Postgres and MongoDB
  • Develop automated tests to ensure high-quality code
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project goals

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and software development principles
  • Experience with TypeScript, Node, and Jest
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Rust
