Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our Core Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality back-end services that will unlock capabilities for other parts of the dev team and ultimately deliver value to Mappedin customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality back-end services using TypeScript, Node, and Jest
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and MongoDB
  • Develop automated tests to ensure high-quality code
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and the ability to work with the newest technology
  • Experience with TypeScript, Node, and Jest
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Postgres and MongoDB
  • Ability to write high-quality automated tests
