Job Title: Deck Installer

Railing Excellence Inc. is seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team. As a Deck Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining decks for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for deck installations
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools for deck installation
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for deck installations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a team setting.
