Deck Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Deck Installation Specialist to join our team at OAK & STONE CONSTRUCTIONS. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, reading blueprints and specifications, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including decking and fencing
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products as needed
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Supervise other workers on site

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • On the road job, with regular travel required
  • Support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition
  • Support for youths, including awareness training and mentorship programs
  • Support for visible minorities, including mentorship programs
  • Permanent employment, 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
