Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Media Specialist to join our team at Mediabrands. As a key member of our programmatic activation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient programmatic strategies to deliver business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and recommend campaign strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Configure and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms)
  • Ensure campaign setup and execution adhere to best practices and brand safety standards
  • Develop and implement audience targeting strategies and site tagging recommendations
  • Manage campaign delivery, pacing, budget, and spend
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot delivery, measurement, and performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

About You

You will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and industry trends. You will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of 1 year of experience in programmatic media management is required, with a strong background in digital buying best practices, optimization, measurement, and insight analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in programmatic media management
  • Strong knowledge of planning strategy, digital buying best practices, optimization, measurement, and insight analysis
  • Familiarity with self-serve buying platforms such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Office suite fluency, including MS Excel pivot tables and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Asana is a plus
