Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Husky Paul lake - Kamloops. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Authorize payments and returns, and maintain accurate records
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise the maintenance of store displays
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
