Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BVD Kamloops Travel Centre. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
