Residential Building Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively supervise workers and projects.
About the Role- This permanent position offers 30-35 hours of work per week, providing a great work-life balance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing production reports, coordinating activities, and establishing methods to meet work schedules.
- With 1-2 years of experience in residential construction, you will be able to requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Prepare detailed production reports to track project progress.
- Supervise a small team of 1-2 people, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Establish methods to ensure timely completion of projects and meet work schedules.
- Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
