**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of our residential properties, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**

  • Property Maintenance
    • Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the administration of maintenance contracts, purchasing, and budgeting for all properties.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce capital expenditures and extend the lifespan of our properties.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance and efficiency of our property operations.
  • Tenant Relations
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
    • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**

  • A degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of maintenance staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, staff, and external contractors.
  • A working knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
