Job Summary

Chachula Enterprise Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
