  • Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and friendly Retail Sales Clerk to join our sales floor team. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, providing product advice, and supporting our team members in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Offer product advice and make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
    • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise
    • Support team members in achieving sales goals and meeting customer needs
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education or experience in retail an asset
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service an asset
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
