About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd as a Renovation Helper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our renovation crew with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, equipment, and tools from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by removing debris, cleaning up rubble, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of equipment such as scaffolding, ramps, and catwalks.
  • Salvage and Debris Removal: Assist in cleaning and piling salvaged materials and removing debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and dusty, with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Transportation: The ability to travel to different locations and work at various sites is required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
