Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Everest Fresh Mart Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales workers to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available to customers.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Client focus and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Work HoursThe Sales Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
