Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Everest Fresh Mart Inc. as a key member of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop the skills of sales staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial management practices are followed.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise and authorize the return of goods to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements- Leadership: 3-4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage sales staff and customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and make informed business decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records and inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the sales team.
