Main Responsibilities:
- Allocate fashion merchandise to stores based on inventory levels, sales history, and other key factors.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
- Run weekly merchandise replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels per store and product category.
- Analyze weekly performance and understand the needs of different stores for various product categories.
- Maintain and adjust weekly supply parameters to optimize inventory levels by store.
- Ensure accurate merchandise is always available in stores.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports at product and store levels.
- Plan and build required merchandise for new store openings.
- Research and evaluate inventory gaps, making necessary adjustments.
- Evaluate results and information for accuracy.
- Maintain close relationships with key partners: buying, planning, pricing, IT, and distribution center.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
