Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Leader to join our dynamic team at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong communicator, problem solver, and decision maker. You will be responsible for leading our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and development.
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Promote our restaurants' vision and values, embodying our commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
