Job Title: Director, Digital Process Automation

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Digital Process Automation strategy and vision. As Director, Digital Process Automation, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our process automation roadmap, leveraging tools such as Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive process automation strategy, aligning with business objectives and goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for process automation
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management
  • Drive process excellence, quality, and delivery of complex programs
  • Develop and manage the Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform process automation strategy and roadmap
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams
  • Deep knowledge of process automation tools, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive results, motivate teams, and champion process automation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management
  • Passion for building great teams and developing others
