Job Title: Director, Digital Process Automation

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Digital Process Automation (DPA) strategy, driving innovation and excellence across Scotiabank. As Director, Digital Process Automation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive DPA roadmap, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic DPA plan, aligning with business objectives and driving process automation excellence
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy DPA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored DPA solutions, driving process efficiency and cost savings
  • Manage and mentor a team of process automation experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive DPA strategy and innovation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams
  • Deep knowledge of process automation tools, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving process automation excellence, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction
