Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. The successful candidate will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health and addiction-related issues.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and provide nursing care as per organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide supportive care and referrals
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Knowledge of mental health and addictions, including the 12-step program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of $85,000 per year
