About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at MOCHANIC'S AUTO SERVICE. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in understanding the type and cost of services offered, and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Arrange for billing and payment processing, as well as handle refunds and credits as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
