Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Senior Search Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you'll drive improved campaign performance, support marketing efforts, and ensure a consistent approach to winning in paid search.

Your responsibilities will include strategy development and execution, SEO audits, and managing a small team of SEM specialists. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and data analysts, to develop reports and insights for key stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a Paid Search Role
  • 7-10+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Knowledge of bid management tools, including Search Ads 360
  • Analytical thinking and ability to turn reporting into actionable insights
  • Presentation skills and ability to develop a POV based on data
  • Collaborative attitude and passion for questioning assumptions
  • Self-directed and proactive with strong Excel skills
  • Google Ads Certified
