- Insurance Broker Level 1 License: Must have a valid Insurance Broker Level 1 license or be working towards CAIB/CIP certification.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 6 months of industry experience is required.
- Time Management: Must be able to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive hourly hiring range of $21.20 to $26.50 with a 37.5 hour work week.
