About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling a variety of commercial insurance products to clients across the Interior BC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and other sales materials to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
