Klopp Richards & Associates is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our portfolio of buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure all units, common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobbies are clean and well-maintained.
- Daily Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances.
- Laundry and Waste Management: Maintain the cleanliness of laundry rooms and ensure garbage containers are emptied regularly.
- Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and security standards are met, and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Minor Maintenance Tasks: Perform minor maintenance tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with access to a vehicle is required.
- Criminal Background Check: A clear criminal background check is required.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude are essential.
