Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Training and Development: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
