Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral communication skills to resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Physically demanding, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
