Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut Wasaga Beach. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed and that our customers receive prompt service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide training to our staff on their job duties, including food preparation, customer service, and cash handling.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to management.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
