About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our Yonge Street team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
