Job Title: Pediatric Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team at BC Children's Hospital and the University of British Columbia. As a member of our team, you will provide expert care to infants and children with ear, nose, and throat conditions, working closely with nurses, allied health professionals, fellows, residents, and medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in teaching and research activities to advance the field of pediatric otolaryngology
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
  • Certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sub-specialty interest and experience in performing pediatric advanced otologic procedures
  • Commitment to academic excellence, supported by advanced training in clinical research, surgical education, or quality improvement
