We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Chef to join our team at Turkish Shashlik Kebob. As a Specialist Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our Turkish cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that meet our high culinary standards.
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary excellence.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create visually appealing and delicious dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained in the kitchen.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a Specialist Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
