About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will perform data entry, basic bookkeeping tasks, and answer telephone calls and messages. You will also work closely with a small team of 3-4 people to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

This is a permanent role working 30 hours per week, offering a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy administrative work and want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
