About This Role
  • This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range estimated at $45,000-$55,000 per year.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in food service supervision, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth.
  • You will work 35-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all orders are prepared to the highest standard and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to optimize inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and employee performance, using this information to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Degree equivalent (Secondary school graduation certificate) or higher.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
