About the Role

The Director, Solution Delivery, Finance Technology will lead the team to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow. This includes translating business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design, ensuring the solution design intent is realized, and implementing structured testing to ensure functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes
  • Set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
  • Ensure quality and invest in results and new business opportunities that add value

Requirements

  • Proven skills, education, and/or certifications in technology and business
  • Commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners
  • Skills to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
