About the Role

Aritzia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance Technology Solutions to join our Business Support Solution Delivery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving Business Support technology solutions that meet business requirements and scale with our accelerating business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
  • Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design
  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies
  • Launch and maintain technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive shared business outcomes

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

What We Offer
