Job Title: Security Operations Centre Guard

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Centre Guard to join our team at Bay Adelaide Centre in Downtown Toronto. As a Security Operations Centre Guard, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating all systems in the Security Operations Centre, including communication systems, CCTV, access control, fire panels, and security records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate all systems in the Security Operations Centre
  • Provide clear and concise communication to security staff
  • Record all information in a detailed and factual manner
  • Follow communication guidelines issued by the client
  • Be familiar with all Brookfield Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Procedures
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Write detailed, factual, and concise incident reports
Requirements:
  • Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C
  • English (oral and written) fluency
  • French (oral and written) fluency is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in security, by-law, parking enforcement is considered an asset
  • Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
