Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at Huronia Transition Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing talent to meet our organizational needs.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
