Technical Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Experience Designer to join our Advanced Technology Group at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interface (UI) tools for our game teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Experience Designers, Producers, and Engineers to prototype concepts and implement features.
- Use your technical and artistic expertise to build experiences that impact multiple EA SPORTS titles.
- Work at the forefront of technology, pushing the boundaries of UI, character customization, and user-generated content.
- Experience implementing UI in a game engine such as Frostbite, Unity, or Unreal.
- Experience building UI components and working with design systems.
- Experience in node-based visual programming.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Lua.
- Experience implementing UI and motion graphic animations.
- Understanding of gaming platforms, their limitations, performance, and requirements for UI solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with AAA game development.
- Experience with versioning tools such as Perforce.
- Experience with Figma and Photoshop.
- C++ experience is a plus.
- Experience with 3D, shaders in particular, is a plus.
