Kitchen Operations Manager

Saskatchewan LTD is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 5-10 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
