Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Saskatchewan LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all necessary equipment is in good working order.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet our needs.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing detailed information on kitchen operations, including inventory levels, staff performance, and any issues or concerns.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure that our services are aligned with our overall business objectives.
- 5-10 years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of success in supervising and developing kitchen staff, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical stamina to perform the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
